We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds under UK law.

1. Your Statutory Rights

UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

You have the legal right to:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason
  • Faulty Products: Return faulty or misdescribed products for a full refund
  • Quality Guarantee: Products must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose

These statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.

2. Our Return Period

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible products - this exceeds your statutory 14-day right.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened products with intact safety seals
  • Products in original, undamaged packaging
  • Products with proof of purchase
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Faulty or damaged products (any condition)

❌ Products We Cannot Accept

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept:

  • Opened products or broken safety seals
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products past their return period

Exception: Faulty or misdescribed products can be returned in any condition.

4. How to Return a Product

Contact Us

Email info@vlixaroxkrizis.world with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if faulty/damaged)

Receive Authorization

We'll provide within 24-48 hours:

  • Return authorization (RMA) number
  • Return address
  • Packaging instructions

Ship the Product

Package securely and include RMA number. Use tracked delivery for your protection.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

6. Refunds

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (as required by UK law).

What's Refunded

  • Full product price
  • Original standard delivery cost (if product is faulty or our error)

What's Not Refunded

  • Return shipping costs (unless product is faulty or our error)
  • Express or premium delivery charges (for change of mind returns)

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number

We will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund including all shipping costs

8. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

Contact us immediately at info@vlixaroxkrizis.world. If we haven't dispatched your order, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Dispatch

Once dispatched, you cannot cancel. Wait for delivery and follow our standard return process if needed.

9. Non-Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and safe places
  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  3. Contact us if unresolved after 48 hours

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

10. Important Notes

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria
  • Refunds for opened products may be refused (except if faulty)
  • Keep proof of postage when returning items
